Last week was lovely for many different reasons. Great shows! Great livestreams! Jamie had the retreat of a lifetime at Esalen in Big Sur! Vanessa had a great acupuncture session! (More on these transformative experiences later, and probably forever!) Vanessa and Missy took a u-haul to an auction house and got things both necessary and completely unnecessary! (Bits for the souvenir shop! A hundred year old tin of lard? [<—— great insult, must remember for next time we’re in a fight with a rotund centurian] Missy found a live cat and is keeping it. Sidebar: is this your cat? If so Missy will give it back to you. But it’s probably not, because we think Missy may ACTUALLY be the birthmother and she just blocked some stuff out. 🍿 ♀️ TUESDAY, 7:30PM: The Benson Movie Interruption: Your Choice, a show where comedian DOUG BENSON (SUPER HIGH ME, @midnight) invites some of his comedy friends to sit in the front row of the theater with mics, cracking wise during a screening of a movie that YOU choose. That’s right, audience members are encouraged to bring a dvd/blu ray of a film they would like to see ripped apart (lovingly) and a vote will be held to determine which one we watch.

PS: Booker Mary also has a beautiful cat and it would be really unfair to overlook that just because Missy found a cat this week. Mary’s cat is NOT going to be given to anyone because Mary’s cat is Mary’s cat and Mary is her cat’s as well. They belong to each other. It’s a real “Who rescued who?” situation.
