Hope you’re doing so very well this Monday (and every day, obv.) Thank god for daylight savings time, right? We’re really looking forward to getting to spend more quality time with our crops and other agricultural projects and one of is us is certainly not suffering from the effects daylight savings time has on children who have a complete disregard for what clocks say! Both of those musings were sarcastic :). Anyway, for those of you sad that the blanket of darkness falls on our fair city an hour sooner, leaving us more time to be in our homes and wrestle-dangling with our thoughts (some of them intrusive!)… we see you. An evening of stand-up with MEKKI LEEPER, HOLMES, and ZACK FOX followed by an exclusive screening of the independently-made short comedy film, Fintech. FINTECH is a workplace comedy about two tech bros running their company into the ground. Written and directed by MEKKI LEEPER. Starring ZACK FOX, HOLMES, MEKKI LEEPER and more. THURSDAY, 7:30PM: SOPHIE ZUCKER: Sophie Sucks Face! SOPHIE ZUCKER’s new musical about love, incest, the widowhood effect, and American-Israeli relations. When Sophie accidentally hooks up with her cousin, she must decide to shun him or seduce him at the next family gathering.
Sophie is a New York-based comedian. She’s currently a writer on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show.” Previously, she acted and wrote on three seasons of AppleTV’s “Dickinson.” She performs all over New York solo and with her comedy group Ladies Who Ranch.
