Rita Oliveira & Rachel Brodeur
Rita Oliveira Turner Rita’s passion for music and spirituality took root at a young age. At the age of 10 she picked up the Bassoon and has been fascinated ever since. Alongside with Music came the practice of Hatha Yoga and a growing sense of spirituality, “I have always been an empath and a seeker of divine connections”. By the time she received her first Tibetan singing bowl at age 27, she had mastered the Bassoon, left her small hometown in Portugal to study at the University of Classical Music in Lisbon, trained under one of her favorite bassoonists in Sweden and stablished a career as a musician and music teacher
Rachel was a gymnast, a dancer, a cheerleader, ad a soccer player. Rachel graduated from Yoga Works 200-hour Teacher Training in 2016 with a specialization in Vinyasa (Power Flow) Yoga. She started teaching right away, and hasn't stopped since. She has taught at many studios and she has taught many people, from teenagers to seniors in a chair. Her aspiration is to inspire others to reconnect to their bodies and really, simply, feel better. We live in a beautiful messy world, and yoga can help us to rediscover the beauty among the mess.
